This is a an excellent knife, I have been using one for a while now and I really like this. Its got the weight to help in natural shelter making and wood work, it has enough, yet its still small enough for the fine stuff and general camp duties etc.The sheath is well made and designed and the steel is excellent, good edge retention ..Paul

These are very well made, well designed single use tool. Made in ITALY. Quality materials and design, the Parang aims to do the job of both axe and knife. Comes with cordura sheath with molle attachable pouch that contains a survival kit in a Mini mess tin. This attaches to the front of the sheath, if required. 

Blade: Stainless steel N690Co Cobalt Vanadium – thickness 6 mm – Black Idroglider coating
Hardness: HRC 58 - 60.
Length: blade mm 170 – overall 300 mm.
Handle material: FORPRENE.
Weight: 340 gr.
Sheath: Cordura with survival kit.(certain items, ie firelighting items, are not included in this kit)
