The BETA is another well designed and solid knife by BPS!  With its full broad tang construction, comfortable grip and practical sheath this is a quality choice for the Outdoorsman.

D2 is a great Semi-Stainless steel, It's a high carbon with excellent durabilty, edge holding and wear resistance and yet also has a good amount of Chromium. The BETA's hard (60hrc) sabre ground D2 blade is a great option if you want more corrosion resitsance than your typical HC Steel~

The handle is a good old, tough micata and has great cross checkering that gives you excellent traction when working in wet conditions.Included with this knife is a super practical ABS sheath which sits on the belt nicely and allows for quick access and re-sheathing. ABS is a tough and impact-resistant engineering thermoplastic, perfect for tough use!
